These photos were a jumping off point for the portrait above. But I kept seeing two distinct portraits. First I painted the one below. Then Spirit told me to surprise the client with a free second portrait. Having already painted her face for the first piece, I changed other parts to create my second vision of her—white-haired, etheric, and, well, not quite an angel, but someone with a similar celestial energy.
